🛒 GREEN MOON™ ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 General Provisions
The GREEN MOON™ online store, available at green-moon.pl, is operated by:

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, delivering products, and the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller.
All products offered in the GREEN MOON™ store are vegan cosmetics, new, and in original packaging.

2 Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed online 24/7.
The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
Order processing time is counted from the moment of positive payment authorization. Product prices are listed in Polish zloty and include VAT.
Payment can be made via traditional bank transfer or online payment. The online payment service provider is Autopay S.A. Available payment methods:

Payment cards:

- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
- MasterCard Electronic
- Maestro.

3. Delivery
Orders are processed via parcel lockers.
Shipping costs are indicated when placing the order. Shipping costs may be free if the Seller so decides.
Order processing time is typically 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is received.

4. Complaints and Returns
Details regarding complaints and returns can be found in a separate document ("Returns and Returns").
If a refund is required for a transaction made by the Customer with a payment card, the Seller will refund the funds to the bank account associated with the Customer's payment card. A consumer who has entered into a distance or off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days.

5 Liability
The Seller is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Buyer in the order form.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from the carrier's fault.

6 Final Provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store's website.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 8, 2025.
